Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of quivvi.app and play.quivvi.app (together, the “Service”), operated by Stormflows LLC (“Quivvi,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Quivvi lets you create and host live, multiplayer quizzes that players join with a game PIN. Some quizzes are free; others are paid, billed per game via Stripe.

Your content

You own the questions and content you create in Quivvi. You’re responsible for making sure your content doesn’t violate the law or infringe anyone else’s rights, and isn’t hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful.

Payments

Paid quizzes are billed at the price shown at the time of purchase and processed by Stripe. If you have a billing issue, contact us at quivvi_social@stormflows.com and we’ll help sort it out.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, abuse or harass other users, attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, or scrape or reverse engineer it.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Stripe and Google Firebase) to operate. We’re not responsible for outages or issues caused by those providers.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Quivvi and Stormflows LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
